Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities, real estate, or EHS operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, service providers and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety, environmental and health regulations.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of real estate and facilities to ensure compliance, safety, and business continuity.
• Oversee relationships and contracts with service providers, landlords, and suppliers.
• Lead workplace safety and environmental health programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and standards.
• Support planning and delivery of infrastructure and capital projects from initiation through handover.
• Monitor performance through audits, inspections, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace experience, efficiency and sustainability.
