The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering background, a valid professional license, and at least two years of building construction experience with CAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• Valid engineers’ license required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in building construction with CAD proficiency.

Job Summary

The Facility Management Head is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all facilities within the organization by overseeing the maintenance, security, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. Moreover, the Facility Management Head is involved in strategic planning, budget management, and leading a team of facility personnel to uphold safety, compliance, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferably Civil, Mechanical and Electrical.
• Must have a valid license as a Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Electrical Engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience in building construction, with proficiency in CAD and design software.
• Certifications in Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH), Safety Officer 3 (SO3), and Basic Fire Safety Awareness are required.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software as well as AutoCAD and other drafting software for creating detailed engineering drawings.
