Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to lead major facilities projects, oversee production layout improvements, and manage infrastructure upgrades. The role focuses on efficient, reliable utility systems and maintaining compliant plant operations within regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, bid evaluation, design plans, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; licensed engineer (PRC Board Passer required).
• Atleast 7 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and plant management projects across all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close-Out.
• Develop complete project documentation including Scope of Works, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate engineering projects with Facilities Operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.
• Prepare, evaluate, and recommend bids, contracts, and proposals for equipment upgrades and construction works.
• Create design plans, technical calculations, and construction drawings required for project implementation.
• Lead and Initiate project coordination meetings with internal customers including manufacturing stakeholders and support teams.
• Liaise with external organizations (PEZA, DOLE, Meralco, LTI and others) for permits and regulatory coordination.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness.
• Manage project budgets, validate progress billings, and handle financial reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
