Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in the Philippines to lead major facilities projects, improve production layouts, and upgrade infrastructure.

You will apply your technical expertise to manage utility systems, ensure reliability, and maintain operations with preventive/corrective maintenance programs while complying with PEZA, DOLE, the National Building Code of the Philippines, and Building Administration standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PRC license required.
• At least 8 years of relevant facilities/industrial project experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and documentation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and plant management projects through all phases.
• Develop scope of works, cost estimates, schedules, and specs.
• Coordinate projects with Facilities Operations for safety and efficiency.
• Prepare bids, contracts, and proposals for equipment upgrades.
• Create design plans and construction drawings for implementation.
• Lead coordination meetings with manufacturing and support teams.
• Coordinate regulatory permits with PEZA, DOLE and other agencies.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, track progress, and verify payments.
• Prepare technical reports and risk assessments.
