Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PRC licensed engineer.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and plant management projects across all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close-Out.
• Develop complete project documentation including Scope of Works, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate engineering projects with Facilities Operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.
• Prepare, evaluate, and recommend bids, contracts, and proposals for equipment upgrades and construction works.
• Create design plans, technical calculations, and construction drawings required for project implementation.
• Lead and Initiate project coordination meetings with internal customers including manufacturing stakeholders and support teams.
• Coordinate meetings with external organizations (PEZA, DOLE, Meralco, LTI) for regulatory permits.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
• Manage project budgets, validate progress billings, handle financial reporting, and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to support management decisions.
