Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. seeks a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations on the assigned shift. You will ensure targets are met safely, efficiently, and with high quality, while providing strong leadership to your shift team.

You will report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to drive process improvements and cost reduction while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in production operations, process optimization, and workflows.
• Proficient in production management systems, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and quality systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with cross-team collaboration.
• Open to working in Rosario, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day production activities and workflows during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and other departments to optimize processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
