Job summary

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport for travel between sites.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of back-of-house areas such as mechanical rooms and loading docks.
• Respond to work orders and service requests with engineers and maintenance staff.
• Assist with deliveries and inventory management of Supplies and Equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance and document task completion.
• Monitor building management systems and report anomalies to senior staff.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors during service visits.
• Maintain maintenance records using CMMS and logs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in emergency response and after-hours on-call.
