Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Pasay to lead a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors. You will oversee work orders, scheduling, and performance reporting to ensure smooth operations of assets and facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years of related experience, and expert knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will drive efficiency, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with CBRE processes and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience in facilities or property management.
• Ability to explain complex concepts and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and mathematical skills for cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.
• Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and supervise staff performance.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalations between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment and manage facility expenses.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management.
• Design cleaning and disinfecting schedules for the building.
• Research vendors, compare costs, and support cost-benefit analyses.
