Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicates unusual/complex content concisely and logically.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills: percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers; ensure procedures and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
• Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests.
• Review data from work order reports and create performance and progress status reports for management.
• Review work orders, proposals, and vendor paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
• Research new services to facilitate operations.
• Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems and may recommend new techniques.
• Impact own team and related teams; propose improvements to existing processes and solutions.
