The role focuses on delivering exceptional occupant experience, supervising technicians, and coordinating with building managers and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in building/electrical/mechanical facilities management, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of HVAC, fire

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Holder of Higher Cert/Higher Diploma/Degree or above in Building, Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Management with minimum 3 years’ experience in related discipline.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection System, Electrical system and BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Transforming to the Workplace Team of the future; shift in charge in the absence of the Technical Services Manager.
• Resolve technical problems in a timely manner to enhance Occupant Experience; escalate when required.
• Deliver best level of service through attention to detail and compliance with client contracts and KPIs.
• Manage and review Engineering/technical service contracts; oversee inspections and quality management.
• Develop and implement building procedures, SOP/EOP and staff training programs.
