Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other essential systems.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements.
• Conduct regular building inspections and promptly address maintenance concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs, renovations, and other building services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant concerns, inquiries, and requests.
• Handle tenant complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs and assist with related documentation.
• Communicate building updates, policies, and maintenance schedules to tenants.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the building’s operational budget.
• Track maintenance expenses and ensure proper cost control.
• Review vendor invoices and coordinate payment processing.
• Assist in monitoring rent and other tenant-related collections, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement safety protocols, fire drills, and emergency preparedness procedures.
• Maintain records of inspections, permits, certifications, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with security personnel to promote the safety of tenants and building occupants.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with building standards.
• Assist in reviewing service agreements and evaluating vendor performance.
• Ensure all completed work meets the required quality and safety standards.
