CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of facilities in the Makati area.

The role supports property managers with repairs and capital plans while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The position requires 3–5 years of facilities management experience, a valid driver’s license, and preferred FM certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training, conduct evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruitment.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, set schedules, cross-train staff, and maintain deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and identify improvements consistent with regulations and standards.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance and safety best practices.
• Lead by example aligning with CBRE RISE values and coordinate with stakeholders to reach agreements.
