Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing day-to-day building operations and maintenance for a facility or campus.

You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs with vendors, manage capital projects and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and uphold CBRE RISE values.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer (ME/EE) with 3–5 years leadership experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and improve quality and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct evaluations, and oversee hiring.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
