Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our specialized training facilities supporting the renewable energy, oil & gas, and maritime industries.

This hands-on engineering leader who can turn plans into action, keep critical training assets operational, and build a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering; Professional license preferred.
• 5+ years of solid experience in facilities management, plant maintenance, engineering, or similar operations.
• Proven capability in team leadership, preventive maintenance, project execution, and operational planning.
• Exposure to safety, training, industrial, or technical operations is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate at Tanza, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility, equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure the continuous safety, reliability, and operational readiness of training facilities and equipment.
• Plan and optimize manpower, work schedules, maintenance activities, and facility projects.
• Lead and develop facility personnel while promoting discipline, accountability, and high performance.
• Coordinate operational requirements, materials, repairs, and improvement initiatives.
• Drive compliance with HSSE, emergency response, quality, and environmental standards.
