Job Description

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring reliable performance of building systems and utilities
• Develop and drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Oversee critical systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, compressed air, and water systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to mitigate operational issues
• Manage third-party vendors across security, janitorial, and technical maintenance
• Own facilities budgets including OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring cost control and efficiency
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining uptime and operational reliability
• Lead and develop facilities and maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
