Job summary

TMX Philippines, Inc. (TIMEX) seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee mechanical facilities at the plant, including air-conditioning, water systems and waste treatment. The role requires strong managerial leadership, safety focus, and capability to improve energy efficiency.

Reporting to the Plant Facilities Engineering Manager, you will drive reliability and continuous improvement across HVAC, sprinkler and electrical distribution systems to support uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer, preferably a Professional Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in plant facilities operations and maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems and building management.
• Experience designing HVAC, sprinkler systems, electrical distribution and other basic facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of mechanical facilities including air-conditioning, water systems, and waste treatment.
• Ensure reliability, safety and regulatory compliance of mechanical systems.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to optimize energy use and performance.

• At least 5-years solid managerial or supervisory experience in the field of plant facilities operations and maintenance

• Must be knowledgeable in electrical systems and building management

• Experienced in designing works for HVAC, sprinkler system, electrical distribution system and other basic facility system
