Job summary

DANAM PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to lead preventive maintenance, cost-saving programs, and equipment setup according to company standards at our Cavite facility.

Candidate should have 2–3 years background in electronics manufacturing and will coordinate across departments to improve plant facilities, safety, and efficiency. The role focuses on ongoing maintenance and future electrical, mechanical, and civil needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer with active license.
• 2–3 years background in electronics manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a year round preventive maintenance and cost savings program.
• Sourcing and evaluation of new supplier, vendors and contractors for new project.
• Prepare, recommend projects for management approval and provide engineering design and cost analysis on a certain projects.
• Set-up machines as company standard.
• Coordinates/interact department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetable.
• Improve plant facility and its working condition.
• Responsible for General Services of the plant, General services pertaining to the cleanliness and orderly plant facility.
• Implement corporate wide facilities (structural) improvement to correcting a particular plant quality, safety and security problem.
• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the existing requirement of the company as well as facilitation of future additional electrical, mechanical and civil requirements.
