Michael Page seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee large-scale, multi-site operations for a leading education organization in Quezon City, Philippines. This onsite role follows a compressed schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–6:00 PM and Sat 8:00 AM–11:00 AM.

The successful candidate will lead maintenance, asset programs, safety initiatives, and vendor management. Applicants should have 8–10+ years in facilities or plant management, with a strong background in preventive maintenance, safety compliance,

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

Saturday, 8:00 AM-11:00 AMKey Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, building maintenance, repairs, and property operations

A Successful Facilities Manager Should Have

• Experience in facilities management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Engineer preferred
• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer 2 (SO2) or Safety Officer 3 (SO3)
• At least 8-10+ years of Facilities Management, Plant Management, or Building Operations experience
• Strong background in preventive maintenance, facilities operations, and compliance
• Experience leading safety programs, safety committees, and regulatory audits
• Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and support teams
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and results-oriented leadership style
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and hazard assessment experience
