Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management for all Dialysis Centers and Head Office
• Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators, lighting, fire protection
• Conduct safety, facility, and compliance inspections and address risks
• Ensure compliance with building, fire, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
• Manage security systems: CCTV, access control, alarms
• Serve as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and oversee environmental programs
• Lead post-turnover facility improvements: repairs, renovations, expansions
• Manage facility operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Lead vendor and contractor management, ensuring service quality and contracts
• Maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans

About the role

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of the Company's Dialysis Centers and Head Office. The role oversees facility maintenance, building systems and utilities, safety and regulatory compliance, security systems, environmental management, vendor and contractor performance, and emergency preparedness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day facilities management and maintenance of the Dialysis Centers and Head Office, ensuring buildings, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators, lighting, fire protection, and other building systems.
• Conduct regular facility, safety, and compliance inspections and ensure timely resolution of identified risks and findings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building, fire safety, occupational safety, environmental, and other regulatory requirements related to facilities.
• Manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and other facility security requirements.
• Serve as the Company's Pollution Control Officer (PCO), subject to applicable qualification and accreditation requirements, and oversee environmental compliance and pollution control programs.
• Manage post-turnover facility improvements, including repairs, refurbishment, renovation, expansion, relocation, and other facility enhancements.
• Manage facility operating expenses, identifying opportunities for cost efficiency while maintaining safety, quality, and operational continuity.
• Lead vendor and contractor management, including service quality, performance, compliance, contracts, and service levels.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and facility business continuity measures for fire, flooding, earthquakes, utility disruptions, security incidents, and other emergencies.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, facilities management or any related field.
• At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in facilities management, building/property management, engineering operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing facilities across multiple sites is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, dialysis, laboratory, or other regulated environments is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.
• Experience in contractor/vendor management and facility maintenance is required.Experience in environmental compliance and pollution control is highly preferred.
