Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technician in the Philippines to provide essential maintenance support and ensure high standards of service for clients. The role requires multi-trade knowledge, safety compliance, and proactive reporting to the Facility Manager.

The Technician will perform scheduled maintenance, manage tools and equipment, and contribute to a clean, safe environment across client facilities.

Qualifications

• Has knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting).
• Ability to read policy manuals, safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and be computer literate.
• Ability to follow written, oral or diagrammed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds and common areas to keep them clean, operational and safe for clients.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled and other related duties.
• Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment.
