Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and a valid PRC license. You will lead a technicians team, plan maintenance, and reduce downtime in an industrial setting.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex machinery, manage spare parts inventory and procurement, and enforce safety standards while training staff to raise technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid PRC license.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team of technicians.
• Proven record in preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ability to diagnose problems and implement timely solutions.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management and procurement.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.
• Experience developing and conducting training programs for technical staff.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facilities Maintenance Supervisorwith the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• With valid PRC license

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Experience in team leadership and managing a small to medium-sized group of technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on technical issues.

• Proven track record in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities effectively to minimize downtime.

• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex machinery or facility issues, with

• the ability to diagnose problems and implement timely and effective solutions.

• Hands-on experience in inventory management, particularly spare parts monitoring and

• procurement, ensuring availability of critical materials for maintenance work.

• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in a maintenance or

• industrial setting, with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring

• adherence to safety protocols.

• Experience in developing and conducting training programs for technical staff, enhancing

• their skills and knowledge in equipment maintenance, repair techniques, and safety

• practices.
