Responsibilities

• Place of Assignment: LIIP Laguna, Onsite
• Supervise day‑to‑day maintenance activities, ensuring proper monitoring and compliance with electrical and mechanical standards.
• Oversee the effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work in coordination with production teams and ensure timely execution.
• Manage inventory of machine parts, consumables, and fuels; coordinate procurement and deliveries with Purchasing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering supervision.
• Strong background in preventive maintenance systems, equipment troubleshooting, and project coordination.
