Job summary

REFINETTE COSMETIC MANUFACTURING CORPORATION is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer with manufacturing experience to lead engineering initiatives and ensure reliable operations. The role requires a PRC-registered engineer with at least two years in a factory setting.

The successful candidate will plan and direct engineering activities, collaborate on projects with PMT, and develop preventive maintenance programs, SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Registered Electrical Engineer with valid PRC license is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and interfacing modules is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the auxiliary branch of engineering.
• Coordinate with PMT for incoming and ongoing projects.
• Create, implement, and upgrade preventive maintenance plans, SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
• Upgrade technician skills and knowledge related to their jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

We’re looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer with manufacturing industry experience to join our team!

About the Job

The position will be responsible for the following:

• Plans and directs auxiliary branch of engineering
• Plans with PMT for the incoming and ongoing projects
• Responsible in creating, implementing, modifying, and upgrading of preventive maintenance plan, SOP, work instructions, and quality manuals of the department.
• Upgrading of Technician skills and knowledge related to their jobs
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Registered Electrical Engineer (with valid PRC License)
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience gained from a Manufacturing Industry
• Knowledge in PLC, motor controls, and module interfacing
• Must have in-depth knowledge in basic calibration, power station maintenance, load calculation, load balancing, and load phasing
