BSFIL Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the technician and engineering team in preventive maintenance and projects at our Calauan, Laguna site.

The role requires technical oversight, problem solving, and coordinating with production and logistics to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (licensed preferred) and can manage shifts, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols while guiding staff development and

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, licensed engineer preferred.
• Ability to locate and identify malfunctions in equipment and perform repairs.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and engineers to ensure high performance in preventive maintenance and projects.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and logistics to integrate engineering activities with plant operations.
• Identify training needs and facilitate staff development to keep up with industry advances.
• Enforce company policies, work instructions, procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of engineering processes, designs, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and PPE.
• Issue work orders and needed materials to the engineering crew and monitor progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills/Competencies

• Ability to locate and identify malfunctions or defections in equipment or apparatus and to make repairs.
• Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber
• Can climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.

Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering related courses (Preferably Licensed Engineer)
• Have experience in manufacturing plant maintenance and troubleshooting activities

Willing to be assigned in Calauan, Laguna

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 – Php30,000.00 per month
