Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field: Civil Engineering, Building Management, Architecture or Property Management.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, engineering support or related technical work.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and related engineering software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with good decision-making.
• Effective communication skills and leadership capabilities.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to prioritize duties and work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance across all facilities and grounds.
• Ensure facilities, buildings, and utilities are well-maintained and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct and document routine facilities inspections.
• Prepare government compliance documents (permits, licenses, etc.).
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed across facilities.
• Oversee space planning, renovations, and improvement projects.
• Source service providers and freelancers for maintenance or renovations.
• Review Facility Management reports and assist General Manager as needed.
