The Bistro Group is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Engineer to oversee repair, maintenance, and preventive programs across our restaurant network. You will inspect equipment, diagnose mechanical issues, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with company standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an RME/PEME license, and possess strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical layouts, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME/PEME) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical layouts, and plumbing.
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot MEPF plans.
• Experience in repair, maintenance, facilities management, or engineering operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and travel to multiple locations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and branches.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, maintenance needs, and safety hazards.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Monitor operation of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for works.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet company standards and timelines.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
