Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional responsible for maintenance, repairs and inspections of facilities and equipment. The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, coordinating with teams, and ensuring safety and reliability in retail/store environments.

The ideal candidate holds an Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree, has at least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, and can read building plans. Retail/fast‑food industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Facilities Maintenance/Repair.
• Experience in the retail or fast-food industry is required.
• Must be able to read and interpret building plans.
• Knowledge of panel board installation and basic carpentry.
• Detail-oriented, organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs - perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections of the warehouse and/or store's facilities and equipment.
• Inspections and Testing - conduct regular tests and inspections of equipment/machines, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Preventive Maintenance - enhance and implement maintenance procedures to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure the longevity of facilities such as electric and energy systems, HVAC systems, generator units, and other systems.
• Communication and Collaboration - work closely with other team members, contractors, and vendors.
• Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
