Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a facilities and maintenance leader with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–5 years’ experience to oversee building facilities, restaurant equipment, electrical/plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen systems across multiple branches.

You will lead maintenance staff, prepare schedules and budgets, monitor spare parts, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate renovations. Willing to travel between restaurant branches as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management, preferably in food/hospitality.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff, contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage building facilities, restaurant equipment, electrical/plumbing/AC/refrigeration and kitchen systems.
• Develop maintenance schedules, work plans and budgets.
• Coordinate renovations and store fit-out works; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
