Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a Repair and Maintenance Technician to ensure restaurant facilities, kitchen equipment, and building systems operate safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime and support daily operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing problems, conducting major and minor repairs on HVAC/R systems, and maintaining accurate maintenance

Qualifications

• 1–3 years maintenance experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Graduate of Electromechanical, HVAC, or any Technical-Vocational course.
• Certifications such as Electrical NC II, RAC, or Welder NC II are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and kitchen equipment issues.
• Carry out major and minor repairs on HVAC/R systems and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Travel to multiple store locations for service and repairs.
