Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong background in facilities and building maintenance to lead our site operations in Metro Manila. You will inspect facilities, assess defects, oversee repairs, and coordinate with contractors to keep properties safe and compliant.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance schedules, preparing cost estimates and reports, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies across all sites under management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed/registered Civil Engineer (CE) with valid credentials.
• At least 2 years in facilities or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of building repairs, structural maintenance, and civil works.
• Familiar with maintenance procedures and building systems.
• Ability to inspect facilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Prepare maintenance reports, cost estimates, and documentation.
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance issues.
• Supervise and coordinate repair, renovation, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure safety and operability.
• Assess structural defects, leaks, cracks, and other building concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers on repairs.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work orders, material requests, and cost estimates.
• Monitor quality of completed works and ensure compliance with codes.
• Manage maintenance records and control materials usage and expenses.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
