Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management seeks an in-house Civil Engineer with 3-4 years' experience in construction, focusing on architectural work. You will attend site meetings, supervise manpower, and report on progress with sharp analytical insight.

The ideal candidate is presentable, responsible, and capable of leading teams with minimal supervision on field visits in Metro Manila. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineer degree, licensed or not.
• Minimum 3-4 years as in-house engineer in construction (site & production) with focus on architectural works over structural/plumbing/electrical.
• Experience attending site meetings.
• Strong manpower handling skills.
• Good mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Professional, presentable, and responsible.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work in the field for site visits and meetings; report to the office as needed.
• Possess a valid driver's license and means of transportation.
• Lives in Metro Manila or nearby (Banawe/La Loma, QC) is preferred.
