Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer/Facilities Engineer (Engineering Officer) to keep our properties safe, compliant, and efficiently operated in the Metro Manila region.

You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, coordinating preventive maintenance and vendor work. Ideal candidates hold a valid RME or REE license, with at least 3 years in building facilities management.

Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Electrical Engineer (REE) with valid license.
• Minimum 3 years in building/facilities management.
• Experience with MEPF systems preferred.
• Able to lead maintenance teams and coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Plan preventive maintenance for elevators, boilers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Monitor building systems with BMS to optimize energy use.
• Schedule repairs and coordinate contractors for upgrades.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and timely documentation.
