Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer/Facilities Engineer (Engineering Officer) to keep our facilities safe, compliant, and efficient across multiple sites in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
3+ years of relevant experience in Building/Facilities management or similar.
Experience in operating and maintaining MEPF systems in commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Oversee and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
Plan and supervise preventive maintenance for elevators, boilers, generators, fire alarms, and pumps.
Monitor building systems using BMS to track energy use and equipment performance.
Coordinate repairs and manage vendors for renovations or upgrades.
Ensure safety, compliance with codes, inspections, and proper documentation.
Lead tenant improvements, budgeting, and energy efficiency projects.
