Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineers with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our facilities team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on monitoring daily operations, planning preventive maintenance, reviewing drawings, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards across commercial properties such as offices, malls, hotels, and corporate towers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Senior Building Engineer, Facilities Engineer, or similar role in commercial property management or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily engineering operations and report on system performance and issues.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning for equipment and infrastructure.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams on engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking, and status reporting.
• Participate in inspections, audits, and risk assessments for engineering assets.
• Investigate technical problems and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and engineering changes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
