Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Facilities, Procurement & Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facilities support, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and logistics for its head office in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, and experienced in property/facilities coordination, purchasing, supplier management, and team supervision. This role is onsite from Monday to Friday at the Alabang location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in property, facilities, procurement, or logistics roles in a supervisory capacity.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, logistics coordination, and internal controls.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, landlords, service providers, and courier services.
• Strong organizational, coordination, documentation, and follow-through skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa from Mondays to Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Facilities and Property Support: Managing the upkeep and coordination of office facilities and leased properties with landlords, building administrators, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, utilities, and office services.
• Procurement Management: Handling end-to-end procurement activities such as sourcing, canvassing, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, supplier records management, contract documentation, and compliance with internal procurement policies and controls.
• Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Monitoring vendor performance, coordinating service requirements, and escalating issues to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinating movement, delivery, storage, and transfer of office supplies, equipment, and company assets with couriers and transport providers.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate facilities, procurement, vendor, logistics, and delivery records for tracking and reporting.
