Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead facilities and property operations across its portfolio of company-owned and managed properties. You will ensure safe, well-maintained environments and drive service excellence for residents, tenants, and stakeholders.

You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate with owners and boards, and manage budgets, vendors, and service providers to meet financial and qualitative targets.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer or related discipline with a background in facilities/property management.
• Experience managing maintenance teams, housekeeping, technicians, or site personnel.
• Comfortable overseeing multiple properties, estates, or facilities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with property owners, condominium corporations, or estate boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold accountable teams, property managers, and service providers responsible for facilities and property operations.
• Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Oversee property management for managed properties, ensuring service quality, financial management, and asset upkeep.
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including accreditation standards and evaluations.
