Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility or portfolio. You will coordinate technicians and vendors, manage budgets, review quotes, and prepare reports while ensuring compliance, safety, and reliable service.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication to build client relationships and deliver high quality facility services.

Qualifications

• Preferably an Engineer, either Electrical or Mechanical.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Professional leadership experience.
• Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets.
• Strong attention to details.
• Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with clients and attends meetings.
• Coordinates and oversees repair, maintenance work by technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Reviews work orders and ensures completion.
• Prepares capital project budgets and variance reports.
• Obtains and reviews price quotes for parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.
• Uses work order system, email, ESS and training.
• Provides process and procedure training.
• Conducts financial/business analysis and prepares reports.
• Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Other duties may be assigned.
