Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school is acceptable.
• Must be able to analyze multiple information sources to make sound decisions.

• Strong math skills for calculations and financial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and repair building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and controls).
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and company directives.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain energy management programs to optimize system performance.
• Follow safety policies for storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specs and environmental targets.
• Apply standard procedures to solve complex tasks and share knowledge with the team.
• Coach colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
