Job summary

CBRE GWS PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Facilities Engineer in Davao to ensure safe, efficient operation of building facilities within a PEZA-registered BPO environment.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage building systems and critical equipment, and coordinate with vendors to meet business needs. The role includes supporting compliance, maintaining records, and enabling continuous operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer preferred.
• Preferably with 3 years of facilities management experience in a PEZA-registered BPO environment.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Experience managing technicians, service providers, and maintenance vendors.
• Familiarity with PEZA compliance and processing requirements.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Monitor the operational status of critical equipment and support business continuity initiatives.
• Respond promptly to facility-related incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise technicians and monitor technical consumables and inventory requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, equipment documentation, and compliance records.
• Support financial analysis, cost monitoring, budgeting, and expense tracking for facility operations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address facility requirements and operational concerns.
