Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to support project and building maintenance activities.

The role requires hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, AC/chiller systems and preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering or technical degree with TESDA NC2 certification and has 1–2 years of field maintenance experience. Immediate start by September 15 is preferred.

• Graduate of Engineering or Technical Degree – TESDA NC2 certified.
• 1-2 years’ Experience in field of maintenance.
• Can start by September 15.

Responsibilities

• Carry out project and building facilities repair, installation and maintenance.
• Oversees building/ yard repair and maintenance.
• Oversees building utilities and support equipment.
• Expedites and serves Job Orders related to project and building maintenance works or as may be assigned.
• Maintenance of all building facilities equipment including lighting, telephones, restrooms, water, etc.
• Perform and implement building preventive maintenance schedules.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by superiors.
• Assists with general office administration duties when required.
• Submits administrative duties on a timely basis as indicated by the office field team.
• Works in compliance with the CBRE’ Safety, Health and Environmental Policy with defined safety, health and environmental standards and ensures all operations are aligned to the client’s Operations Integrity Management System(OIMS).
• Carries out observance of safety standards by service providers’ workers and advises the Account Manager.
• Advises, promotes and monitors the safe carrying out of work in the workplace and puts up reports on safety activities as directed by the Account Manager.
