Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Manila seeks a Maintenance and Repair Technician to perform general and preventative maintenance and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, doors, windows, and grounds, with coordination of major work with contractors. The role also covers annual inspections and filter changes for HVAC. The position requires 1 year of relevant experience, basic carpentry and plumbing skills, emergency response readiness, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience as a maintenance/repair technician.
• Can perform basic carpentry, paint retouch, and basic plumbing repairs.
• Able to respond to site emergency calls; maintain good employment record.
• Willing to be assigned to Taft, Malate, Manila; onsite work.
• Knowledge of genset, electrical systems, UPS, FDAS, HVAC, CRAC/PACU, fire pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance to finish work promptly.
• Maintain windows, doors, plumbing, lighting, and grounds; assist with HVAC.
• Coordinate major work with contractors for HVAC, electrical, roofing, and plumbing.
• Conduct annual inspections and preventive maintenance including filter changes.
