Job summary
CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Maintenance and Repair Technician to perform general and preventative maintenance, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
The role covers window cleaning, doors/exterior building upkeep, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, and grounds maintenance. You will coordinate major work with contractors for air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting, and plumbing, and perform annual HVAC inspections and filter changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
- Basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch, basic plumbing repair work.
- Respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours.
Responsibilities
- Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of all work in a timely fashion.
- Maintenance includes cleaning windows, doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, grounds, HVAC maintenance.
- Coordinates major work with contractors (air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting, plumbing).
- Performs annual inspections and preventive maintenance inspections, including filter changes on HVAC/AC units.
