Job summary

Auntie Anne's is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Pasig to maintain custody of fixed assets, spare parts, tools, and warehouse records, ensuring accurate stock visibility and timely issuance for store turnover and maintenance.

Responsibilities include receiving against documents, storage control, issuing/returning items, cycle counting, asset tagging, stock monitoring, and turnover support for new stores, while maintaining warehouse compliance and proper documentation.

Qualifications

  • College-level education, vocational training, or equivalent experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics, or fixed-asset control is preferred.
  • Experience with inventory records, spreadsheets, stock counting, receiving, and issuance processes is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving: Verify delivered quantities and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies immediately.
  • Storage control: Arrange, label, protect, and segregate items according to category, condition, ownership, and safety requirements.
  • Issuance and return: Release items only against authorized documents and record recipient, quantity, purpose, store, and date.
  • Inventory accuracy: Maintain updated stock cards or system records and reconcile transactions with physical inventory.
  • Cycle counting: Conduct scheduled counts, investigate variances, and prepare adjustment recommendations with supporting documents.
  • Fixed-asset control: Support asset tagging, transfer, assignment, return, disposal documentation, and physical verification.
  • Stock monitoring: Identify minimum-stock concerns, slow-moving items, obsolete materials, and replenishment requirements.
  • Store turnover support: Prepare, reserve, issue, and track materials or assets required for new-store and renovation turnover activities.
  • Warehouse compliance: Maintain orderly storage, access control, housekeeping, safety, and complete transaction documentation.
  • Reporting: Submit inventory balances, movement reports, variances, aging items, and reconciliation results to the Facilities Manager.
