Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. seeks a Building Admin Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all Alfamart facilities. You will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure compliant, secure, and efficient premises across properties.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 6 months to 1 year of related experience, with knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and security systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in building administration or facility management.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security).
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
• Proficient in facility management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and daily operations of Alfamart facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive programs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Monitor security systems and manage utilities to control costs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare condition reports.
• Train and supervise building staff on safety and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate immediate repairs.
