Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines Inc. in Pampanga is seeking a Building Admin Manager to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of Alfamart facilities, including buildings, grounds and equipment.

You will lead maintenance teams and manage third-party service providers to ensure efficient upkeep, with a strong focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and security systems. The role requires a ME degree and RME/PME credentials, plus 2-3 years in building admin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer and a PME.
• 2-3 years of experience in building administration, facilities management, or property management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and daily operations of Alfamart facilities, including buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient facility upkeep.
• Oversee budgets and procurement related to facilities management and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to strategic plans and reviews by providing maintenance information and ensuring quality, productivity and customer service standards.

We are hiring for different roles in the Building Admin department:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or in a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in building maintenance or in a related field.
• Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Maintain systems and equipment by the completing preventive maintenance schedules, restoring, rebuilding, or replacing faculty inoperative components and parts, and supervising staff.
• Ensures to meet maintenance operation standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, proactivity, quality, customer service standards and resolving problems.
• Maintains financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variance and implementing corrective actions.
• Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments, identify problems and requirements.

Building Admin Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• MUST be a Registered Mechanical Engineer and a Professional Mechanical Engineer. (RME and PME)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in building administration, facilities management, or property management, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party service providers.
• Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of all Alfamart facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient facility upkeep.
