Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc. is seeking a Property and Facilities Supervisor to manage, operate, and maintain company properties available for lease and those occupied by tenants.

You will lead the Repair and Maintenance Team, coordinate with tenants, contractors, and service providers, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. The role includes supervising maintenance schedules, overseeing electrical, plumbing, FDAS, roofing, and fire protection systems, and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in property management, facilities management, building operations, or warehouse maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel or contractors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and repair practices.
• Familiarity with safety, fire safety, and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of all company-owned properties for lease and tenant-occupied properties.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure buildings, warehouses, offices, and facilities are well maintained.
• Ensure vacant units are market-ready for prospective tenants.
• Coordinate turnover and acceptance of leased premises before occupancy and upon lease termination.
