Job summary

Devex Incorporated in Cavite, Imus is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee formworks fabrication, monitor production targets and ensure safety compliance. The candidate will review technical plans, supervise materials handling, and coordinate with the Formworks Head on productivity improvements.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of related experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office and strong reading of specifications are required.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fabrication plans for formworks raw materials and equipment.
• Evaluate production performance for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Report productivity to the Formworks Head.
• Monitor formworks production and targets.
• Check area, materials, tools and workers safety.
• Supervise fabrication of formworks materials.
• Implement fabrication drawings.
• Report proper and improper works in fabrication.
• Prepare workers before and after shifts.
• Suggest development improvements for formworks materials.
• Address safety policy violations related to formworks production.

Description of Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of fabrication is for formworks raw materials and equipment’s.
2. Evaluate report of accomplishment in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of production.
3. PresentandReporttotheFormworksHeadregardingtheproductivityaccomplishment.
4. Monitoring of formworks production and targets.
5. Checking of area, materials, tools and safeness workers.
6. Supervising the fabrication of formworks materials.
7. Implementing of fabrication drawing.
8. Reporting proper and improper works in fabrication.
9. Setting up of workers before starting and after work.
10. Propose for the development improvement of formworks materials.
11. Talk to workers who violate safety policy in term of formworks production.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
2. Fresh Graduate or at least (1-3) years’ experience in the related field.
3. With extensive knowledge of office works and can easily understand construction plans.
4. Computer literate.
5. Has the ability to read and understand technical plans and specifications
6. Must be safety-minded, team-oriented and customer-focused
7. Must be keen on details and technically oriented individual.
