Job summary

MAA Integrated Waste Solution Corporation is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily fabrication operations, including welding and assembly, in our Pangasinan facility. You will ensure production targets are met while upholding quality standards and a safe working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred.
• Relevant technical education with substantial fabrication experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication activities, including welding, assembly, and related metal fabrication works.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of fabrication personnel to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Ensure all fabricated components and projects comply with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the proper use of fabrication tools, equipment, and materials.
• Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Inspect completed fabrication works and coordinate necessary corrections or improvements.
• Document daily production activities, work progress, materials used, and other reports.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding fabrication requirements, schedules, and project priorities.
• Troubleshoot fabrication-related issues and provide solutions to minimize delays.
