Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily fabrication and delivery status and weekly production/accomplishment reports for precast and pt products.
• Prepare subcontractors fabrication orders and certificates for payment every billing period.
• Monitor CIS, fabrication and delivery orders from Marketing and Engineering Departments.
• Update records of stock piles at plant.
• Estimate reinforcing bars and other materials for plant material consumption.
• Encode documents/reports submitted by other engineers at site.
• File documents in designated folders.

Job description

Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepares daily fabrication and delivery status and weekly production/accomplishment reports for precast and pt products
• Prepares subcontractors fabrication order prior to fabrication and certificate for payment every billing period of the subcontractors
• Monitoring of contract information sheet (CIS), fabrication and delivery orders from Marketing and Engineering Departments
• Updating records of stock piles at plant
• Estimates of reinforcing bars and other materials for plant material consumption
• Encoding of other documents/reports submitted by other engineers at site
• Filing of documents on its designated folder

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably board passer)

• Ability to perform manufacturing Field tasks, as well as knowledge of basic manufacturing procedures and processes
