Job summary

F1 Hotel Manila in Taguig is seeking an F&B Team Leader to oversee daily operations across our restaurants, bars, and banquets. You will supervise and train the team, coordinate shifts, and ensure service standards are met while addressing guest concerns with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will work on-site at F1 Hotel Manila, collaborating with kitchen and other departments, maintaining safety and hygiene, and supporting hotel policies to drive efficient and profitable F&B service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising F&B teams in hotels or restaurants.
• Knowledge of service standards and food service operations.
• Strong customer service and problem-resolution abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication for guests and staff.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality F&B leadership roles is preferred.
• Understanding of basic F&B inventory, POS systems, hygiene and safety rules.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality management degree is advantageous.
